On September 30, 2024, industry leaders, policymakers, and experts gathered in Duisburg to discuss the potential of hydrogen as alternative fuel in inland shipping at the RH2INE Conference 2024. The event provided valuable insights into the possibilities and challenges of decarbonizing inland waterway transport using standardized hydrogen solutions.
Key topics of the conference included:
- Expanding port infrastructure for hydrogen solutions
- Financing models for zero-emission vessels
- Establishing a hydrogen tank-tainer pool along the Rhine
Participants had the opportunity to engage in various workshops and plenary sessions with leading experts. Our distinguished speakers outlined the critical steps needed to achieve a climate-neutral transport sector.
All presentations and photos of the event are now available for download below.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the event and look forward to future collaborations in the field of sustainable mobility.
